Kateřina Francálková

Kateřina joined the group in 2023 and she is responsible for the entire HR department, HR strategy, recruitment of new employees, development and care of current employees, internal communication and building the brand as an employer. At the same time, she participates in cooperation with High schools and universities.​ She started her career in a consulting company in the Corporate Services department. Then she moved to an agency environment, where she connected the world of finance and HR, and she focused primarily on digitization and process automation in her last work. In 2024, she was promoted to HR Manager.
