Michael joined the PKF APOGEO Group in 2014, after several years in Risk Management & Legal Collections segment in a multinational financial institution and in the Legal Affairs, within the venture capital group.
Michael is responsible for corporate services, ie SMART Office & Companies, s.r.o. He leds teams that deal with the design and implementation of investment and control models of domestic and international corporations, as well as service servises for corporations.
He studied applied and commercial law, and lectures on corporations, holdings and trust funds at proffesional conferencies and universities. Michael is the vice-chairman of the legislative council of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and Entrepreneurs of the Czech Republic.
