Pavel Postl

Pavel joined the PKF APOGEO group in 2014 from the tax department of an international law firm, where he focused on cross-border taxation and the entry of investors into the market. After joining the PKF APOGEO group, he focused mainly on corporate transformations and tax structuring. Pavel is responsible for leading strategic M&A projects, developing transfer pricing services and setting up investment and family holding structures. ​ ​He gradually passed on his experience to the transaction team. In 2018, he was appointed partner for the area of transactions. Together with other experts, he currently takes care of development and education in the field of transfer pricing, asset protection solutions and succession in the form of foundations and trust funds. He continues to actively lecture on the issues of transformations, foundations and M&A. He became a senior partner in 2023. ​ ​Pavel graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of Business Administration, specializing in business finance. He actively lectures at professional seminars at 1. VOX and universities.
