Financial assistance

We prepare expert reports for the white-wash procedure in financial assistance cases in accordance with the Czech Business Corporations Act (ZOK). We assess, in particular, whether the provision of financial assistance would cause the company’s insolvency—either through lack of liquidity or over-indebtedness—and whether it is carried out under fair conditions. Our reports serve as supporting documentation for the general meeting when deciding on the provision of financial assistance and form an integral part of the overall white-wash procedure in approving the financial assistance report.
