Squeeze-out (substantiation of the adequacy of consideration)

We also prepare expert opinions to substantiate the adequacy of consideration in the squeeze-out of minority shareholders, in accordance with the Czech Business Corporations Act (ZOK). We assess whether the offered consideration corresponds to the fair value of the shares and whether it is fair, reasonable, and economically justified.
