Step by step through the four-week audit

1. Understanding your environment and two workshops
   We begin with a kick-off call and collect the necessary materials, including process diagrams, an overview of your systems and financial data for estimating the potential impact.
   
   This is followed by two workshops with a cross-functional team comprising three specialists from our side and up to eight participants from yours. Together, we examine your processes, data and manual activities.
    
2. Analysis and opportunity map
   We analyse the materials and add suitable AI opportunities to the map, including effort and impact estimates.
   
   The result is a structured, prioritised plan, detailed analyses of the top three opportunities and a budget estimate.
    
3. Alignment workshop
   During a three-hour workshop, we review the first draft of the map. We refine the priorities based on your needs and finalise the budget estimate.
   
   The result is a completed opportunity map.
    
4. Finalisation and handover
   We deliver the final prioritised plan, detailed analyses of the top three opportunities in a 20-page PDF, a 10-slide executive summary and a one-year roadmap.
   
   The engagement also includes a 90-minute handover call with management.
